There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. Belmond is a static site with no server behind it, so a form would either not work or would quietly hand your message to a third party we have not told you about. An email address goes directly to us and you keep a copy of what you sent.

Corrections

If a figure on this site is wrong, we want to know. Please include:

• The page it is on, and the sentence or table row.
• What the figure should be.
• A source we can check — a regulator, a manufacturer, a published table, a paper.

We correct errors promptly and note the correction on the page rather than editing silently. Our full policy is on the editorial standards page.

What we cannot help with

We are not a gambling operator, an affiliate, a regulator or an advice service, so there are several common requests we have to decline:

• Disputes with a gambling company. We have no relationship with any operator and no ability to intervene. Take it to the operator’s complaints process first, then to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in their terms, then to the regulator that licenses them.
• Account, deposit or withdrawal problems. Same as above — we hold no accounts and process no payments.
• Requests for tips, picks, predictions or systems. We do not provide them, for any sport or any game, at any price. Every game we cover has a negative expected value and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
• Paid placements, sponsored posts, link insertions and guest posts. We do not accept them. Emails offering payment for coverage or for a link will not receive a reply.
